Oster Pewter will gladly purchase scrap pewter generated by our
customers.
To be recyclable, your pewter must not be contaminated by any
other materials, including lead-containing solders. If there is a question
about the purity of a scrap lot, we will conduct assays to
ensure the material is pure and will not contaminate our inventories.
Price is determined by the market value of the base metals and the expected yield from processing back into usable material.
